SSC CGL Syllabus 2021

SSC CGL Exam Pattern 2021

Along with the syllabus, you must also understand the pattern of the exam for the post of CGL to be aware of the type of questions that will be asked in the examination. The pattern of your exam for this post is as follows:-

The questions in Tier-I as well as Tier-II examinations will be of objective nature.

Additionally, there will be negative marking in accordance with 0.25 in Tier-I and Tier-II.

In the Tier I exam, you will be asked 100 questions that are worth 200 marks and you will be given 60 minutes to finish the exam.

You must appear in four different papers for Tier-II.

In the first test, 100 questions will be given for 200 marks and the duration will be 2 hours.

The second paper will have 200 questions will be assigned 200 marks and the time will be 2 hours.

The 3rd paper will include 100 questions of 200 marks and a time for 2 hours.

For the fourth test, 200 marks and 100 questions will be given.

The tier-III examination will be conducted in pen as well as paper mode.

In thiscase, you will receive 100 points plus 60-minutes.

The exam will last between 15 and 45 minutes for the Tier-IV test.
